I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with tidy and clean rooms, although there was a slight odor due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location right across from the beach was superb.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms started off small and basic but upgrading to the new deluxe room made a huge difference with a comfy bed, great heating, and a little kitchenette equipped with essentials. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to create a welcoming and family vibe. The location was excellent, especially for longer stays, despite some cooling issues. Unfortunately, the dining experience no longer offers room delivery, but the fresh bread rolls were a delicious touch.

The hotel was perfectly situated on the Mornington Peninsula, right across from the beach, with friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spotless and ideal for our family of four, though some facilities were basic. Overall, a great value for the price.

The motel was exceptionally clean and modern with a strong cleaning chemical smell in the rooms. The location was great, right across from the beach, with close proximity to Peninsula Hot Springs only 8 minutes away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but at times loud outside the rooms.
